  • Each piece is custom-made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless there is damage in shipping.

  • Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Damaged returns must be reported within ten days of receipt. We will need to approve your request before you can ship the item back to us. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and contact us immediately for damages.

  • Shipping is complimentary within the United States. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 7-14 business days.

    For international shipping, please email directly, and a special order will be created for you.

    All orders are delivered through USPS/ FEDEX/ UPS. Shipping includes tracking along with professional packaging.
